Welcome to cdmeras. These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of our bulb security camera products, website and related services. By purchasing, installing or using our products, you agree to accept all the terms listed below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not buy or use our products.

1. Legal Use of Product

This bulb security camera is designed only for lawful home property protection. You must fully comply with local privacy, surveillance and recording laws in your region. It is strictly prohibited to install this camera in bathrooms, changing rooms, bedrooms of third parties or other private areas where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Audio recording without the consent of recorded parties may violate local laws, and you shall bear all legal liabilities arising from improper use.

2. Product Safety Notice

The camera fits standard E27 light sockets. Please cut off the power supply before installation to avoid electric shock risk. Do not use the product in environments with high temperature, moisture or flammable gas. We are not responsible for property loss or personal injury caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring or unauthorized modification of the device.

3. Service & Support

We provide technical support for cdmeras bulb cameras. Our customer service email: support@cdmeras.com. Your inquiry email will normally be processed within 48 hours. Under special circumstances, please allow 5–10 working days for reply.

4. Warranty & Exclusions

We offer limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by improper installation, power surge, water ingress, man-made breakage, unauthorized disassembly or firmware modification. You will need to provide order information and product photos for warranty application.

5. Limitation of Liability

cdmeras and Chengdu Chuandiming Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect loss, lost profits or any losses caused by camera offline, network failure, missed motion alerts or recording failure. The product is an auxiliary security device, it cannot completely prevent theft, intrusion or other incidents.
